This panel displays all reception lines that exist for the purchase order.
Options
| Reception details | This option is only applicable for WHM-activated items, batch controlled items and serial number controlled items. Select this option to access the Reception details panel where you can view detailed information for the selected reception line. |

- Supplier
- Displays the supplier and description for the purchase order.
- Order number
- Displays the purchase order number.
- Order type
- Displays the purchase order type.
- Line
- This column lists the line number on the purchase order.
- Whs
- This column lists the warehouse for the reception.
- Item
- This column lists the item code for the item on the reception line.
- Received qty
- This column displays the received quantity for the reception line.
- Unit
- This column lists the unit in which the received quantity is displayed.
- Handler
- This column lists the user id of the handler that has performed the reception update of the reception line.
- Details
- This column denotes whether or not reception details exist for the reception line.
- Reception note
- This column displays the reception note number for the reception line.
- Reception line
- This column lists the reception line number.
- Rec line seq
- This column displays the reception note line number sequence for the reception line. In the event that the line has been partially received, several sequence records will exist.
- Shipment
- This column displays the inbound shipment number to which the reception line can be assigned.
- Item description
- This column displays the item description for the item on the reception line.
- Handler name
- This columm displays the name for the reception handler that has performed the reception line update.
- Order qty
- This column displays the order quantity for the order line that is the origin for the reception line.
- Suggested qty
- This column displays the suggested quantity for the reception line.
- Backlog
- This column denotes whether or not the reception line has been defined as backlogged.
- Confirm
- This column denotes denotes whether or not the reception line has been marked as confirmed.
- Partial rec
- This column denotes whether or not the reception line has been partially received.
- Physical whs
- This column can only be displayed if the STKOWNER (Stock Ownership) functionality is activated in the Function control file and is applicable for both the Stock ownership functionality as well as the Contract Managed Inventory functionality (if the DC1 Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) application is activated). It displays the physical warehouse for the reception line.

- This column displays the reception line status.
- In error
- This column denotes whether or not the reception line is in error.
Purchase order enquiry, Reception header (DSR51904)
This panel displays the reception header information.
- Supplier
- Displays the supplier and description for the purchase order.
- Order number
- Displays the purchase order number.
- Order type
- Displays the purchase order type.
- Rec note
- Displays the reception note number.
- Shipment number
- Displays the inbound shipment number for which the reception note may be created.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse ID and description of the reception warehouse for the reception line.
- Reception date
- Displays the reception date for the reception.
- Accounting period
- Displays the accounting period for the reception.
- Transport note
- Displays the supplier transport note number for the reception.
- Actual dispatch date
- Displays the supplier dispatch date for the reception.
- Creation date
- Displays the creation date for the reception.
- Creation time
- Displays the creation time for the reception.
- Created by
- Displays the user profile and user profile name for the user that created the reception.
- Confirmation date
- Displays the confirmation date for the reception.
- Confirmation time
- Displays the confirmation time for the reception.
- Confirmed by
- Displays the user profile and user profile name for the user that confirmed the reception.

- Displays the reception line number.
- Line seq
- Displays the reception note line number sequence for the reception line.
- Item
- Displays the item on the reception line.
- Received qty
- Displays the received quantity for the reception line.
- Unit
- Displays the unit in which the received quantity is displayed.
- Warehouse
- Displays the physical warehouse for the displayed reception line. If the Stock ownership functionality is activated, the order warehouse may differ from the physical warehouse for which the reception takes place.
- Sub-line
- This column displays the sub-line number from the listed reception detail.
- Rcv qty
- This column displays the received quantity for the reception detail.
- Zone
- This column displays the zone to where items for this reception detail have been received.
- Location
- This column displays the location ID to which items for this reception detail have been received.
- Batch
- This column displays the batch ID to which items for this reception detail have been received.
- Serial number
- This column displays the serial number that has been received for this specific reception detail.
- NCC number
- This column displays the non-conformity certificate number for this specific reception detail.
- Pallet number
- This column displays the pallet number that has been received for this reception detail.
- Pallet type
- This column displays the pallet type that has been received for this reception detail.
- Qty in pallet
- This column displays the quantity in pallet for the pallet that has been received for this reception detail.
- Suggested qty
- This column displays the suggested quantity for the reception detail.
- Suggested zone
- This column displays the suggested zone for the reception detail.
