This is the initial panel for the Purchase order enquiry. The panel structure is designed to allow you to quickly navigate through all levels of information for a purchase order.
On this panel you can do the following:
- Toggle between Order header and Order line mode to view different information, while still remaining on the same panel.
- In Order line mode, change the layout of this panel via the entered selection criteria of Supplier or Item to view just those order lines for the supplier or item.
- In Order line mode, access a purchase order sub-file positioned to a selected order line using the Select and position option.
- Immediately access the following information: Addresses, Order header, Order lines and Detailed order line information.
- All selection parameters, but Shipment marking, work as a direct match. Use these parameters to find only the information that is relevant to you.
Note: See the View modes section below for detailed instructions.
The purchase orders are sorted according to their number in either ascending, or descending, order. This sequence is controlled by the Order in desc seq parameter in your user profile.
View modes
When this panel is first displayed you see all existing purchase order headers (the default mode). The subtitle and information on this panel changes, depending on which mode you are in.
The value you enter in the D (i.e. Display type) field at the bottom of the panel controls the different modes to be displayed. This value depends on what the panel value is for your system’s language (defined in the Panel value control file table and the Language table).
Current values are:
- H = Header
- L = Lines
By changing the display type, the following subtitles can be displayed:

Note: In Order line mode, you may get different layouts of the same panel depending on selection criteria, which also changes the subtitle of the panel. The following layouts may appear:

- Order
- This column lists the purchase order number.
- Tp
- This column lists the purchase order type for the purchase order.
- St
- This column lists the status of the purchase order.
- Handler
- This column lists the purchase order handler, i.e. the person at your company who handles the order.
- Supplier
- This column lists the supplier number of the purchase.
- Name
- This column lists the supplier name.
- Date
- This column lists the date the order was entered into the system.
- Header txt
- This column denotes if header text is entered on the order.
- Line txt
- This column denotes if line text is entered on any of the lines.
- Supplier reference
- This column displays the supplier reference.
- Supplier order reference
- This column displays the supplier order reference. For Pharma US installations, this reference is the DEA order form number for the ARCOS functionality if the order holds item(s) classified as narcotics (i.e. a narcotic category is connected to the item, and the DEA order form no field is set to YES on the narcotic category). - Order disc %
- This column lists the order discount percentage.
- Hold order
- This column denotes if the order is held.
- Terms of payment
- This column lists the terms of payment code for the supplier.
- Description TOP
- This column lists the description for the terms of payment code.
- Terms of delivery
- This column lists the terms of delivery code for the supplier.
- Description TOD
- This column lists the description for the terms of delivery code.
- Manner of transport
- This column lists the manner of transport code for the supplier.
- Description MOD
- This column lists the description for the manner of transport code.
- Order/Return
- This column denotes the type of order, i.e. Order (displays 1) or a Return order (displays 2).
- Primary curr
- This column lists the primary currency for the supplier.
- Exchange rate
- This column lists the exchange rate. If Fixed PO rate is set to YES, the exchange rate will be the rate used at goods reception or when booking a cost. If Fixed PO rate is set to NO, any rate displayed will not be used. Instead the system will retrieve the current exchange rate defined for the transaction currency in the Exchange rate table.
- Description OTP
- This column lists the description of the order type.
- EDI order
- This column denotes if the order is a DI order.
- EDI created
- This column denotes if the Data Interchange purchase order has been created.
- Goods marking
- This column lists the text for the shipment marking describing the item.
- Order value
- This column displays the total order value of all the lines on the order. The value is displayed in system currency. VAT is only included if applicable to the business partner and if the PO value incl VAT field is set to YES in the DIS control file.
- Total amt excl VAT
- This column displays the total value of the order lines (in order currency) excluding VAT, after deduction of order header discount. Free-of-charge order lines are not included.
- VAT amount
- This column displays the VAT amount in order currency.
- Rec amt incl VAT order curr
- This column displays the received amount including VAT in order currency. The received amount also includes received lines.
- Rec amt excl VAT order curr
- This column displays the received amount excluding VAT in order currency. The received amount also includes received lines.
- Rec VAT amt order curr
- This column displays the received VAT amount in order currency. The received amount also includes received lines.
- Rec amt incl VAT sys curr
- This column displays the received amount including VAT in system currency. The received amount also includes received lines.
- Rec amt excl VAT sys curr
- This column displays the received amount excluding VAT in system currency. The received amount also includes received lines.
- Rec VAT amt sys curr
- This column displays the received VAT amount in system currency. The received amount also includes received lines.
- Order held reason code
- If the Held field is set to YES, this column lists an order held reason code from the Order held reason code table, denoting the reason.
Codes between 51 and 99 are user defined codes, i.e. the order has been held manually by the handler.
- Fixed PO rate
- If this column is set to YES, the exchange rate will be the rate used at goods reception or when booking a cost. If it is set to NO, any rate displayed will not be used. Instead the system will retrieve the current exchange rate defined for the transaction currency in the Exchange rate table.
- Inventory contract
- Only displayed if DC1 Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) is activated. This column lists the inventory contract defined for the purchase order header. See About consuming goods from Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) for links to specific instructions per inventory contract type.
- Project
- This column is only available to display if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays the project number to which this purchase order is connected.
- Phase
- This column is only available to display if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays the phase of the project to which this purchase order is connected.
- Cost code 1
- This column is only available to display if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays the cost code 1 to which this purchase order is connected.
- Cost code 2
- This column is only available to display if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays the cost code 2 to which this purchase order is connected.
- Order type
- This column is only available to display if you are in Order line mode and lists the purchase order type for the purchase order line.
Purchase order enquiry, Order lines (DMR11904)
This panel displays existing purchase order lines for the selection parameter(s) entered on the previous panel. Select a line to view more information.
Function keys
Weights and volume | View weight and volume information for the order. |
- Line
- This column displays the order line number.
- Whs
- This column displays the warehouse in which the item is to be stored.
- Item
- This column displays the item code.
- Quantity
- This column displays the ordered quantity (if status of order line is less than 40) or received quantity (if status of order line is greater than or equal to 40) for the item.
- Dispatch date
- This column displays the date when this order line should be delivered.
- Price
- This column displays the purchase price of the item.
- Prc unit
- Only displayed if the PRCUNIT (Price unit handling) function is activated in the Function control file. This column displays the unit in which the price is presented. See About price unit handling for more information.
- Discount %
- This column displays the discount percentage defined for the order line.
- Discount amount
- This column displays the discount amount defined for the order line.
- Status
- This column displays the actual (i.e. current) status of the order line.
- Item description
- This column displays the item description.
- MDC SO sts
- Only displayed for MDC purchase order lines in the demanding company. This column lists the statuses of the corresponding sales order lines in the supplying company.
- MDC/MFG order nbr
- Only displayed for MDC purchase order lines in the demanding company and if the corresponding sales order line in supplying company is connected to a manufacturing order in that company. This column lists the numbers of the corresponding manufacturing orders in the supplying company.
- MDC/MFG order sts
- Only displayed for MDC purchase order lines in the demanding company and if the corresponding sales order line in supplying company is connected to a manufacturing order in that company. This column lists the statuses of the corresponding manufacturing orders in the supplying company.
- NDC item code
- This column is only available to display via the Edit columns feature for Pharma US installations and is applicable for the ARCOS functionality and the ePedigree functionality.
For the ARCOS functionality, this column displays the NDC item code if the purchase order line is for an item that has been classified as a narcotic item. See About the ARCOS functionality (Pharma US) for more information.
For the ePedigree functionality, this column displays the NDC item code if the purchase order line is for a batch/date controlled item that has been activated for ePedigree tracking. See About the ePedigree functionality (Pharma US) for more information.
- Inventory contract
- Only displayed if DC1 Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) is activated. This column lists the inventory contract to which the purchase order line is connected. See About consuming goods from Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) for links to specific instructions per inventory contract type.
- Project
- This column is only available to display if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays the project number to which this purchase order line is connected.
- Phase
- This column is only available to display if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays the phase of the project to which this purchase order line is connected.
- Cost code 1
- This column is only available to display if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays the cost code 1 to which this purchase order line is connected.
- Cost code 2
- This column is only available to display if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays the cost code 2 to which this purchase order line is connected.
Purchase order enquiry, Detailed order line 1 (DMR11907)
This panel displays detailed information for the purchase order line you selected on the previous panel.
If the line is a BtB purchase order line you can access the Sales order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed sales order line information.
Function keys
Shipments | Access the Purchase order line shipments enquiry to view any shipments for the line. |
Rebate transaction overview | Accesses the rebate transactions overview program where all rebate transactions that originate from the purchase order line are displayed. The function is only available if any rebate transaction actually exists for the purchase order line. |
- Line
- Displays the order line number.
- Orig status
- Displays the original status of the order line when the order line was created.
- Act status
- Displays the actual (current) status of this order line.
- Item
- Displays the item and description.
- Supp item cd
- Displays the supplier’s item code for the item. This item code is defined in the Item file, on the Supplier information or the Item cross reference panel.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse in which the item is to be stored.
- Rec note
- Displays the reception note number if the order line exists on a reception note.
- Suppl agr no
- Displays the agreement number if the order line exists on a supplier agreement.
- Promised dat
- Displays the date when the supplier has promised to dispatch the item from his locations. The system automatically suggests the dispatch date when a new line is entered. When the order is confirmed from the supplier in the Confirm purchase order program, the confirmed date will be updated in this field.
- Rec line
- Displays the reception note line number.
- Primary qty
- Displays the primary quantity of this order line, i.e. the original entered quantity.
- Request date
- Displays the originally requested date, made by your company to the supplier, for when the purchase order should be dispatched from the supplier’s location.
- Backlog
- Indicates if a backorder is allowed for this order line. If set to NO, a backorder will not be created even if the order line is not delivered in full. This code, however, can be overridden during the Confirm purchase order reception note routine.
- Order qty
- Displays the quantity ordered.
- Disp date
- Displays the date when this order line should be delivered from the supplier’s location.
- Backlogged
- Indicates if this order line has been backlogged.
- Received qty
- Displays the received quantity on this order line.
- Prev rec qty
- The field can only display a value if:
- the purchase order line is a BtB order line
and
- the purchase order line, or the corresponding sales order line, has been backlogged.
If this is a BtB (Back to backorder) purchase order line and the order line is completely received, i.e. no backlog, this field displays 0.
If this is a backlogged purchase order line, created from another purchase order line on this order, displays the total quantity previously received for this line.
If the corresponding sales order line has been backlogged, displays the total quantity delivered on the sales order line. The value is then displayed as a negative figure.
Example 1:
The primary quantity on a BtB (Back to backorder) purchase order line is 100 pcs. You receive 75 pcs and backlog 25. On the backlogged order line, this field displays 75.Example 2:
The primary quantity on a BtB (Back to backorder) purchase order line is 100 and you also receive 100. This field displays 0 (blank). On the corresponding sales order line you only deliver 25. This field displays -25. - the purchase order line is a BtB order line
- Approved qty
- If the item on the order line has undergone a quality control confirmation, displays the approved quantity.
- Rec date
- Displays the date when this order line was received.
- Trpt time
- Displays the supplier’s transport time, in days, indicating how long it will take this order to be delivered from the supplier’s premises.
- Rec exch rte
- Displays the exchange rate that was used when this order line was received.
- FOC
- Indicates if the purchase order line is free of charge.
- Price
- Displays the purchase price of the item being purchased from the supplier.
Note: If DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated and this purchase order line was created from a sub-contract operation on a manufacturing order, this price includes the price displayed in the Set-up price field. For example, if quantity is 10, the sub-contract price on the sub-contract operation line is 100 GBP and the set-up price is 125 GBP, the purchase price will be calculated as:
(125/10) + 100 = 112.50
- Set-up price
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated. If this purchase order line is created from a sub-contract operation on a manufacturing order, displays the set-up price retrieved from the sub-contract operation line.
- Price code
- Displays the code from the Item price code table, indicating how the price on the line was set.
- Price unit
- Only displayed if the PRCUNIT (Price unit handling) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the unit in which the price is presented. See About price unit handling for more information.
- Prc unit qty
- Only displayed if the PRCUNIT (Price unit handling) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the price unit quantity (i.e. the purchase quantity presented according to the price unit). See About price unit handling for more information.
- Catch weight
- Only displayed if the CTCH-WGT (Catch weight handling) function is activated in the Function control file. This box will be set to YES if the order line is flagged for catch weight handling. See About catch weight handling for price units for more information.
- Order disc
- Indicates if the order line is included when calculating the total order discount.
- Disc amount
- Displays a discount amount defined for the order line.
- Currency
- Displays the currency in which the order line is to be purchased.
- Discount %
- Displays a maximum of nine discount percentages defined for the order line.
- Shipment mrk
- Displays the text for the shipment marking describing the item. This text is printed on all documents associated with a purchase order.
- Notify del
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Alert Management is installed and activated for your company in Work with companies and is only valid for the PURORDLREC (Purchase order line) event type. Indicates if you want to receive a delivery notification when this purchase order line has been received to stock.
Purchase order enquiry, Detailed order line 2 (DMR11908)
This panel displays detailed information for the purchase order line you selected on the previous panel.
If the line is a BtB purchase order line you can access the Sales order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed sales order line information.

- Line
- Displays the order line number.
- Orig status
- Displays the original status of the order line when the order line was created.
- Act status
- Displays the actual (current) status of this order line.
- Item
- Displays the item and description.
- VAT based
- Indicates if this is a VAT based item.
- Nature of tr
- This field is only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays the nature of transaction code which is used in EU reporting.
- Time axis
- Indicates if the Time axis file is to be updated for this order line.
- VAT handl cd
- Displays the VAT handling code for the purchase price of the item.
- Port of arr
- This field is only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays the port of arrival code which is used in EU reporting.
- DI
- Indicates if this order line has been sent to the supplier through Data Interchange (DI).
- VAT included
- Indicates if VAT is included in the purchase price of the item.
- Comm code
- This field is only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays the commodity code.
- Incl VAT% cd
- Displays the VAT handling code for the VAT percentage, if any, which is included in the purchase price.
- Coun of orig
- This field is only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays the country of origin for the item on this purchase order line.
- Batch control
- Indicates if this item is under batch control.
- Bin location
- This field is only displayed if the item is not under batch control and if the item and company are not activated for Warehouse Management. Displays the first Bin location where the item is stored. Note: If it is a batch-controlled item the Bin location is displayed on the Batch enquiry panel instead.
- Rebate calc
- This field is only displayed if the DC1 Customer/Supplier Rebates (RBT) application is installed and activated. This field indicates if the line is to be included in the rebate calculation. When the PO line is created, the field is defaulted from the purchase order header, which in turn is defaulted from the purchase order type.
- Quality ctl
- Indicates if this item is to undergo a quality control check before being placed in stock.
- Stock cat
- This field is only displayed if this is a return to supplier order and a non-conforming certificate was defined when the order was entered. Displays the stock category in the non-conforming certificate.
- NCC number
- This field is only displayed if this is a return to supplier order and a non-conforming certificate was defined when the order was entered. Displays the non-conformity certificate number of the item(s) to be returned.
- Fictitious
- Indicates if this item is fictitious.
- Trpt note no
- Displays the supplier’s transport note number.
- Ext desc
- Indicates if the extended item description or supplier’s extended item description should be printed on the purchase order, goods reception note, return note and quality control note for this purchase order line.
If set to YES, the system first checks the item’s Supplier extended item description file. If text exists and the applicable printout field(s) are set to YES, the supplier extended item description will be printed.
If no records are found, the system then checks the item’s Extended item description file. If text exists and the applicable printout field(s) are set to YES, the Extended item description for the item will be printed.
If no records are found, or this field is set to NO, the short supplier’s item description or item description is printed.
- Conf details
- Indicates if conformity details should be printed on the purchase order and reception note. If the item has a conformity group defined in the Conformity group field in the Item file, the values connected to this conformity group can be printed on the purchase order and reception note. Conformity details, however, are always printed on the quality control note, regardless of the setting in this field. The conformity criteria defines the values that an item is to conform to.
- Item version
- Displays the item version, which can be useful to define if the supplier/manufacturer provides the item in different versions and you want to identify a particular version of the item on the order.
- Hand/Haz dtl
- Indicates if handling/hazard code details should be printed on the purchase order. If the item has a handling/hazard code defined in the Hand/haz code field in the Item file, the values connected to this handling/hazard code can be printed on the purchase order. The handling/hazard codes are used to define any special requirements needed in the handling of items during their storage and transportation. For example, if the item is classed as temperature sensitive, etc.
- Hand/Haz cde
- Displays the handling/hazard code indicating any special requirements needed for the handling of the item during its storage and transportation. For example, if the item is classed as temperature sensitive, etc. These requirements are defined in the Handling/hazard code table.
- Desp adv rec
- Indicates if a dispatch advice has been received from the supplier through DI (Data Interchange), for this purchase order line.
- Ext lab/pack
- Indicates if extended packaging and labelling information should be printed on the purchase order, goods reception note, return note and quality control note. If set to YES, text must exist in the item’s Extended packaging and labelling information file and the applicable printout field(s) must be set to YES.
- Labelling cd
- Displays a labelling code from the Labelling code table. The labelling code defines which information should be printed on labels and whether the information should be bar coded as well as being in human readable format. The labels are printed by the Print stock control labels program.
- Package type
- Displays a package type from the Package type table, indicating the type of package in which the goods are packed.
- Sales order/IRO order
- This field is only displayed if this item has a BtB or IRO order type. Two field names are valid for this field. Either of the following information could be displayed:
For BtB order types, displays the corresponding sales order number that created this BtB purchase order line.
For IRO order types, displays the corresponding IRO number that created this internal replenishment purchase order line.
- Line/IRO line
- This field is only displayed if this item has a BtB or IRO order type. Two field names are valid for this field. Either of the following information could be displayed:
For BtB order types, displays the corresponding sales order line number that created this BtB purchase order. You can access the Sales order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed sales order line information.
For IRO order types, displays the corresponding IRO line number that created this internal replenishment purchase order.
- Transit
- Indicates if it is to have a transit delivery (i.e. delivered from the supplier’s premises to our transit stock and then to the customer).
- Direct
- This field is only displayed for BtB purchase orders. Indicates if it is to have a direct delivery (i.e. delivered from the supplier’s premises directly to the customer). You can access the Sales order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed sales order line information.
Purchase order enquiry, Detailed order line 3 (DMR11909)
This panel displays detailed information for the purchase order line you selected on the previous panel.
If the line is a BtB purchase order line you can access the Sales order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed sales order line information.

- Displays the order line number.

- Gross weight
- Displays the gross weight of the items on the order line.
- M-order
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated. Displays the number of the manufacturing order that created the order line. A purchase order line can be created from the Work with sub-contract operations program in DC1 Manufacturing.
- Net weight
- Displays the net weight of the items on the order line.
- Operation
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing is installed. Displays the number of the manufacturing order operation that created the order line. A purchase order line can be created from the Work with sub-contract operations program in DC1 Manufacturing.
- Whs supp cmp
- This field is only displayed if the order is an MDC order. Displays the warehouse from which the MDC supplying company will deliver the goods.
- BI, supp cmp
- This field is only displayed if the order is an MDC order. Indicates if the corresponding sales order line has been created in the MDC supplying company.
- Supp item cd
- Displays the suppliers reference for the item on the order line. It can be, e.g., the suppliers item code.
- Sts supp cmp
- Only displayed for MDC purchase order lines in the demanding company. Displays the status of the corresponding sales order line in the supplying company.
- MDC m order
- Only displayed for MDC purchase order lines in the demanding company and if the corresponding sales order line in supplying company is connected to a manufacturing order in that company. Displays the number of the corresponding manufacturing order in the supplying company.
- MDC m sts
- Only displayed for MDC purchase order lines in the demanding company and if the corresponding sales order line in supplying company is connected to a manufacturing order in that company. Displays the status of the corresponding manufacturing order in the supplying company.
- Gross volume
- Displays the gross volume of the items on the order line.
- Project
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays a project number if the order line is connected to a project.
- Net volume
- Displays the net volume of the items on the order line.
- Phase
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays a phase if the order line is connected to a project.
- Line
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Displays the line number of the project to which the order line is connected.
- Cost code
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Project is installed and activated. Two fields exist for this field. If the purchase line should be added to a project phase or as a structure line to an existing project line the first is mandatory and the second is optional on the Work with purchase orders, Order line, Additional info 2 panel. Displays one, or two, code/s from the Project cost codes table defining the cost codes to which this purchase order should be connected.
The values in these fields are used as a default for the order lines. If a cost code is displayed, all order lines entered on the order will be connected to this code. The cost code is part of the project id, together with project and phase/line and is used to total cost price and reported values on the project.
- Supp disp ID
- Displays the supplier dispatch ID for any retrieved dispatch advice from the supplier through DI (Data Interchange) for this purchase order line.
BtB:
The following fields are only displayed only when the purchase order line is connected to a sales order line.
- Cust ord no
- Displays the customer order number for any retrieved dispatch advice from the supplier through DI (Data Interchange) for this purchase order line.
- Cust line
- Displays the customer line number for any retrieved dispatch advice from the supplier through DI (Data Interchange) for this purchase order line.
Purchase order enquiry, Order header (DMR11910)
This panel displays the order header information for the purchase order you have selected.
Function keys
- Order date
- Displays the date when the order was entered into the system.
- Reference
- Displays the name of the contact person for this order.
- Handler
- Displays a code from the Signature table, indicating the handler’s reference of this purchase order.
- Order disc
- Displays the order discount as a percentage. Only those items with the Valid for discounts field set to YES in the Item file, and with an order discount percentage here will be included in discount calculations.
- Currency
- Displays the currency code indicating the currency in which the order is to be purchased.
- Language
- Displays a code from the Language table, indicating which of the ten different languages, stored per item, should be used. Also which of the different lead texts for external documents should be printed.
- Ord val disc
- Displays a valid code from the Order value discount table indicating the discount percentage based on the total purchase order value. The code is defaulted from the Supplier agreement file. Only those items with the Order discount sales field to YES in the Item file, and with an order discount percentage here will be included in discount calculations.
- Backlog
- Indicates if a backorder is allowed for this order line. If set to NO, a backorder will not be created even if the order line is not delivered in full. This code, however, can be overridden during the Confirm purchase order reception note routine.
- Hold order
- Indicates if the order is held for further investigation. If set to YES, the Reason code field defines the reason of the order being held.
- Reason code
- Displays a code from the Order held reason code table, if the Hold order field is set to YES, indicating why the order is being held. The codes between 51 and 99 are user defined, i.e. the order was held by the handler.
For purchase orders this field can also be updated automatically by the system if one of the following apply:
- Next lvl aut
- If the order is held because the order value exceeded the common attest limit (code 31 in the Reason code field), displays the signature of the person who has to attest the order. When the order is attested, it will be released for further processing.
- Attest
- Indicates if this order belongs to an order type requiring attest control. If set to YES, the order has to be attested, otherwise it will be held. The Attested field displays if the order has been attested yet or not.
- Supp ord ref
- Displays the supplier’s order number or any reference to the purchase order. This field is a reference to the supplier order number, and can be used as a search and selection parameter in this program (the initial panel), in Goods reception enquiry and Invoice/order matching (for purchase orders). This information is also printed on all documents associated with a purchase order.
For Pharma US installations, this reference is the DEA order form number for the ARCOS functionality, which is mandatory if the order holds item(s) classified as narcotics (i.e. a narcotic category is connected to the item, and the DEA order form no field is set to YES on the narcotic category). - Attested
- Indicates if the order has been attested. If set to NO and the Attest field is set to YES, the order is currently being held. Orders belonging to order types requiring attest control, i.e. the Attest is set to YES, has to be attested before it can be further processed in the system.
- Pre-account
- Indicates if this order belongs to an order type requiring pre-accounting. If set to YES, the order has to be pre-accounted, otherwise it will be held. If the Reason code field on this panel displays 30, the order is currently held because it is not pre-accounted.
- Limit ctrl
- Indicates if this order belongs to an order type requiring limit control. If set to YES, the order value is validated against the Common attest limit field in the Signature table for the handler. If the order value is greater than the common attest limit, the order will be held. The order can only be released by the person defined in the Next level authority field in the Signature table.
If the Reason code field on this panel displays 31, the order is currently held because the order value has exceeded the common attest limit.
- Fax
- This field is only displayed if the FAX application is installed and activated. Indicates if the purchase order should be sent by fax to the supplier.
- Fax number
- This field is only displayed if the FAX application is installed and activated. Displays a valid fax number from the Fax/phone number file if the Fax field is set to YES.
- Paper copy
- Indicates if you are able to get a printout of the order confirmation.
In copy mode, this field displays the code from the source being copied.
- Cost centre
- This field is only displayed if the cost centre handling function is activated. The cost centre handling function is only used for external orders. This field displays a code indicating the cost centre assigned to the purchase order.
- Prev rel
- Indicates if the order has been previously released.
- Fixed rate
- Exch rate
- DI order
- Indicates if the order should be sent to the supplier using DI (Data Interchange), for example through EDI.
- TOP
- Displays the terms of payment code and description for the supplier.
- DI created
- Indicates if the Data Interchange purchase order has been created.
- TOD
- Displays the terms of delivery code and description for the supplier.
- Del sched
- Indicates if this order is to be connected to a delivery schedule or not. Note: This field is only displayed if Delivery scheduling is activated. The field may not be set to YES, in cases where the order is a return or marked for immediate reception.
- MOT
- Displays the supplier manner of transport code and description.
- Holding comp
- If this customer belongs to a business partner structure, the name of its Holding company will be displayed in this field. Note: If the customer is not a member of such a structure, or if the function for business partners is not activated, this field will not appear.
- Shipment mrk
- Displays the text for the shipment marking describing the item. This text is printed on all documents associated with a purchase order.
- Parent comp
- If this customer belongs to a business partner structure, the name of its Parent company will be displayed in this field. Note: If the customer is not a member of such a structure, or if the function for business partners is not activated, this field will not appear.
- Country
- Displays the country from which the supplier will send the goods, i.e. the country defined for the dispatch address.
- VAT reg no
- Displays the VAT registration number of the supplier, defined for the dispatch address.
- Supplier grp
- Displays a code from the Customer/supplier group table, indicating to which supplier group this supplier belongs.
- Maint by
- Displays the workstation id of the person who is currently working with this purchase order in the Maintain purchase order program.
- Text code
- Displays a code from the Standard text table, indicating the text to be displayed on the documents for this order.
Purchase order enquiry, Serial numbers (DMR11911)
This panel displays the serial number information for the purchase order you have selected.

- Line
- Displays the order line number for this line.
- Orig stat
- Displays the original status of the order line when the order line was created.
- Act stat
- Displays the actual (current) status of the order line.
- Rec note
- Displays the reception note number if the order line exists on a reception note.
- Rn line
- Displays the reception note line number.
- Wh
- Displays the warehouse code indicating in which warehouse the item is to be stored.
- Not
- This field is only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays a code from the Nature of transaction table, indicating the type of transaction. This information is used in the reporting of EU statistics.
- Port
- This field is only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays a code from the Port table, indicating the first port to which the goods arrived in the receiving country. The information is used in the reporting of EU statistics.
- Item
- Displays the item and item description.
- Commodity code
- This field is only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays a commodity code from the Commodity code table, indicating the commodity code of the item. The information is used in the reporting of EU statistics.
- Origin
- This field is only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays a ode from the Country table, indicating the country of origin for the item on this purchase order line.
- Serial number
- Displays the serial number(s) of the item(s) in this purchase order.
