Selection fields
Work with baskets, Header (DIR46304)
On this panel you enter/view the basket header details. These include the keys that will be used as the criteria for the basket and any overall qualifying quantity or value (or both) that each sales order must contain for the basket pricing to be valid. You enter the actual values for the keys on Basket Detail level.

In the fields below you define up to 5 keys that will be valid for this basket definition. Note: If pre-defined basket keys were defined in the DIS control file they will be valid for every basket definition, meaning no other keys may be defined here.

Key fields are the defining parameters of the basket. By selecting one or more key fields a selection criteria is created. You define the values for the keys that you choose here on Detail level. The basket pricing would only be applied if the values on a sales order match the criteria. Select up to five keys by clicking the window prompt to the right of the field. Any of the following key fields can be used to define the selection criteria, but they must first be activated in the Work with DIS control keys table to be available for selection:
- Item
- Item discount group
- Item price group
- Item group
- Item account group
- Item category 1-6
- Item family
- Item sector
- Qualifying quantity
- Optional entry. Enter an overall qualifying quantity in stock units that must be reached before the basket will be used in basket pricing.
- Qualifying value
- Optional entry. Enter an overall qualifying value in system currency that must be reached before the basket will be used in basket pricing.

- Mandatory entry. Indicate if a quantity or amount (or both) set up as minimum to be ordered within the basket, whether qualifying values are only set up at detail level or at both detail and header level, must be fulfilled in order to consider this basket as qualified by the Basket pricing routine.
Work with customer baskets, Copy (DIR46305)
All of the baskets that you selected to copy are listed on this panel.
- Basket
- Displays the basket that you selected to copy.
- New basket
- Enter the new basket id.
Work with baskets, Deletion (DIR46308)
Note: A basket cannot be deleted if it is being used as a key in a Sales pricing method.
Work with baskets, Where-used selection (DIR46311)
On this panel you have the possibility to search for all baskets containing the entered combination of selection criteria for applicable pricing techniques.
You can enter the Item code or up to five other item-related, sales pricing keys can be used as selection criteria.
The panel can be run in the following three modes:
| Mode | Description |

| All | Searches all item related key values and requires a partial match with the Sales pricing method detail records if an item is entered. |
| Partial | Searches only entered key values and requires a partial match with the Sales pricing method detail records regardless of item related key values even if an item is entered. |
| Exact | Selected keys must exactly match the keys in the Sales pricing method detail records. |
When a match has been found each you can browse all pricing techniques, i.e. Price lists, Customer contracts and Sales pricing methods (via the option for Pricing sources) where a price or discount could be applicable for the basket.

Work with baskets, Where-used (DIR46314)
This panel displays all baskets for the entered selection criteria. You can view the basket header and details of the basket definition as well as view the pricing techniques, i.e. Price lists, Customer contracts and Sales pricing methods (via the option for Pricing sources) where a price or discount could be applicable for the basket.
