The purpose of this program is to release manufacturing order to be ready for production.
Clearance can be made for a specific manufacturing, sales, or project order. Clearance can also be made for orders that are selected through the following optional criteria; Manufacturing order type, Planner, Department section and the planned start date of the order. Orders that can be released are those that have status 00 (preliminary) or 05 (Batch clearance)or both. When releasing the orders they will get status 10 (ready).
Selection
State individual values to include in the selection. Enter the relevant values in the following fields. For parameters controlled by a table or a file, the system will check that the entered values exist. A record is only included if it fulfils all selection criteria.
You can use the following parameters for selection:
- Warehouse
- Manufacturing order
- M-order type
- Sales order
- Project
This field is only displayed if the DC1 Project Management functionality is activated in Work with companies. - Transit order
Indicate if transit orders should be selected.
Valid values are:Code Description *Yes Only transit orders will be selected. *No No transit order will be selected *Blank Both types will be selected - Planner

The calculated priority value. The priority value is calculated according to the formula N/D-S from the MFG control file. The Numerator, Denominator and Subtraction are user defined, using pre-defined variables, constants and valid operators. If the Denominator is less than or equal to 0, the priority value is set to 999,9.When p-value is entered, orders with less or equal order priority value will be selected. - Start date to

- The code indicates what type of orders should be included in the batch clearance.
Code Description 1 Batch clearance (Manufacturing orders with order status 05 ). 2 Preliminary manufacturing orders (Manufacturing orders with status 00)- 3 Both preliminary manufacturing orders and batch clearance (those with status 00 and 05).
