On this panel all the printouts which can be produced by the system during the batch update are shown. Non-mandatory printouts can be inactivated for the selected batch list profile. The printouts include the following:
- G/L entry journal
- G/L transaction detailed journal
- G/L transaction summary journal
- Project transactions
- Closed/Interrupted batch list
- Statistical information
- Batch settlements list
- Cashbook transactions
Options
| Inactivate | Select this option to inactivate a printout for the current batch list profile. |
| Display | Select this option to view printout details. |
| Activate | Select this option to activate a printout for the current batch list profile. |
Selection fields
- Batch list profile
- Displays the selected batch list profile code followed by the description.
- Printout
- This column lists all the available printouts which can be produced by the system during the batch update.
- Description
- This column lists the printout descriptions.
- Active
- Indicates if the printout is active for the selected batch list profile.
- Print program
- This column lists the names of the print programs.
- Mandatory for update
- Indicates if it is mandatory to update the printout for the selected batch list profile. Mandatory printouts cannot be inactivated.
- Allowed for batch
- YES indicates that this printout is available for an open batch. NO indicates that this printout can be printed only upon batch update.

Note: This panel can be accessed in either Display or Enquiry mode. The panel heading differs accordingly.

- Batch list profile
- Displays the selected batch list profile code followed by the description.
- Printout
- Displays the printout name.
- Print program
- Displays the print program ID.
- Description
- Displays the printout description.
- Mandatory for update
- Indicates if it is mandatory to update the printout for the selected batch list profile. Mandatory printouts cannot be inactivated.
- Allowed for batch
- YES indicates that this printout is available for an open batch. NO indicates that this printout can be printed only upon batch update.
