This program is used to override the capacity calculation parameters of the work centre.
- Work centre
- The code and description that identify the work centre.
- Workl planning type
- The type of operation time that is included in the workload, either Run/labour or Machine. The information is retrieved from the Workl planning type field in the Work centre table.
- Date
- The capacity date.
- to date
- The date indicates until when the new parameters should override the normal capacity calculation parameters.
- Man factor
- The number of people that the capacity is to be multiplied by to make up the nominal total capacity/day.
- Number of shifts
- The number of shifts that the capacity is to be multiplied by to make up the nominal total capacity/day. Note: This field is not displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file, since the total capacity for the day time is set-up in the day format.
- Number of machines
- The number of machines that the capacity is to be multiplied by to make up the nominal total capacity/day.
- Resources per job
- The number of resources per job. This information is used to calculate the time per day that a manufacturing order operation can be planned. If Workl planning type is set to 1 (Run/labour), enter resources up to man factor but not higher. If Workl planning type is set to 2 (Machine), enter resources up to number of machines but not higher. Note: The number of resources per job can be overridden from the item’s bill of routing. You can also change the resources per job in the manufacturing order operation.
