On this panel you enter the serial number(s) for the item(s) you are adding to stock.
Function keys
| Change mask | Change the mask for the serial numbers. The mask is used to get a proposal of serial numbers. |

- Order
- Displays the purchase order number or the sales order number.
- Pick list/Stock take list/Recept note
- The name of this field can vary, depending on which program you have accessed it from. The following field names can be displayed:
Pick list: Displays the pick list number on which the item was printed. This field is displayed when this panel is accessed from the Maintain sales order program or the Pick list confirmation routines.
Stock take list: Displays the stock take list number. This field is displayed when this panel is accessed from the Enter stock take transactions program.
Recept note: Displays the reception note number on which the item was printed. This field is displayed when this panel is accessed from the Maintain purchase order program or the Confirm purchase order reception note program.
- Supplier/Customer/Owner
- The name of this field can vary, depending on which program you have accessed it from. The following field names can be displayed:
Supplier: Displays the supplier number and name, from whom the item was purchased.
Customer: Displays the customer number and name, from whom the item was returned.
Owner: Only displayed when the program was accessed via stock take and if the STKOWNER (Stock Ownership) function is activated in the Function control file. This field displays the internal owner (i.e. cost centre) and the owner (i.e. cost centre) description, when the panel is displayed for a stock take increase.
- Line
- If the item was printed on either a pick list or a reception note, displays the line number on the pick list/reception note.
- Item
- Displays the item code and description.
- Qty (to add/to del)
- Two field names are valid for this field. The following field names can be displayed:
Qty (to add): Displays the total quantity of serial numbers you have to enter.
Qty (to del): Displays the total quantity of serial numbers you have to delete. This field is only displayed if you already entered serial numbers for a certain quantity and you decreased the quantity afterwards. Delete as many serial numbers as displayed in this field by entering any character in the field to the left of the serial number and clicking OK.
- Serial number
- The number of input fields displayed under this column, corresponds to the quantity to add (displayed in the Qty (to add)field in the top of the panel). Enter the serial number(s) to be added. When adding, make sure each serial number is unique.
If the Qty (to del) field is displayed at the top of the panel, there are no input fields for entering serial numbers. Instead an input field is displayed to the left of all the serial numbers. Delete as many serial numbers as displayed in the Qty (to del) field by entering any character in this input field and clicking OK.
Depending on what was entered in the Number mask and Fixed part value fields on the DMR95603 panel, the system can suggest serial numbers and default the numbers in this/these field(s) when you add serial numbers. The suggested values can be changed if you click Change mask.
- Bin loc/Zone Location
- Two field names are valid for this field. The following field names can be displayed:
Bin loc: Enter the bin location. This field is mandatory.
Zone Location: If DC1 Warehouse Management is installed and activated the zone/location will be displayed.
Serial number entry (DMR95603)
This panel can be accessed from the following panels/programs:

The fields on this panel are used to automatically propose serial numbers when items are received to stock. When items are received, serial numbers are defaulted according to what is entered on this panel. Any number of series may be set up, and the numbering is very flexible with alphanumeric characters and predefined masks.
- Order
- Displays the purchase order number or the sales order number.
- Pick list/Stock take list/Recept note
- The name of this field can vary, depending on which program you have accessed it from. The following field names can be displayed:
Pick list: Displays the pick list number on which the item was printed. This field is displayed when this panel is accessed from the Maintain sales order program or the Pick list confirmation routines.

- When you want the system to propose serial numbers, enter the starting serial number. The system automatically proposes 1. If this field is completed, the Serial number to field must also be completed.
- Serial number to
- When you want the system to propose serial numbers, this field and the Serial number from field must be completed. Enter the ending serial number in this field. The system automatically proposes the same number as the total quantity you are adding to stock.
