Open entry maintenance, Selections (ITFD52011)

Note:

In this program you are able to run a query on A/R or A/P transactions for a debtor or supplier and to manage the settlements of open entries. You can select only the open entries or all transactions, including the interrupted batches and portfolio transactions (for A/R) and OPW payments (for A/P), and display the different instalments per due date.

Several totals are displayed: the transactions in the interrupted batches and in the portfolio maintenance (for A/R), plus the accumulated balance and the grand total.

On this panel you enter selection criteria to make an enquiry on open or all A/R or A/P entries for a specific customer or supplier, depending on the selected menu item.
