For example, it is highly unlikely that an item with a handling and hazard code denoting a corrosive substance is allowed to be transported by post. Therefore, the code for the corrosive substance will be recorded on this panel against the Manner of transport code for post transport.
The panel is connected to the handling/hazard code defined in Work with handling/hazard codes, and will be used when completing the Item file.
