This window can be accessed from the Purchase order line maintenance and from the Purchase order line confirmation routines. It can also be accessed from the Update earliest ship date menu item.
- Item
- Displays the item to be purchased/produced.
- Supplier number
- Displays the supplier number.
- Earliest ship date
- Enter the earliest date the item can be shipped from the supplier. The entered date will be updated to the Item file/Supplier information file.
- Earliest arrival date
- Indicates the earliest arrival date of the item.
- Update open orders
- Set this field to YES if all open purchase order lines (status < 30) shall be updated with the dispatch date from supplier set equal to the entered Earliest ship date on this panel.
