The NBB declaration contacts are the different entities (people, offices, etc.) that can be contacted at any point of time for the details related to the declaration. You can enter the sequence (in which the various contact information defined in the declaration will be used), the description (which can be the name of the contact) and text (which can be address, email, phone numbers, and pager numbers) of the contact.
This panel displays all the existing contacts used for the selected declaration. The information and number of lines that the contact information should include depends on the type of declaration.

- Declaration identity
- Displays the code identifying the selected declaration followed by a description.
- Seq
- This column lists the sequences in which the contact information will be used in the declarations.
- Description
- This column lists the descriptions of the contact information.
- Text
- This column lists the texts of the contacts to be used in the declarations.
Work with declaration contacts (BEGD07104)
On this panel you can add, change, or display the contact information used for the selected declaration.
- Declaration identity
- Displays the code identifying the selected declaration followed by a description.

- Mandatory entry. Enter the sequence in which the contact information will be used in the declaration.
- Description
- Mandatory entry. Enter a description of the contact information.
- Text
- Mandatory entry. Enter the text of the contact to be used in the declaration.

- Declaration identity
- Displays the code identifying the declaration you selected to copy.
- Seq
- Displays the sequence(s) of the contacts you selected to copy.
- Description
- Displays the description of the contact information you selected to copy.

- Enter a sequence for the new contact.

- Enter a description for the new contact.
