From this program you create/print the ARCOS report to be sent to the DEA on a monthly or a quarterly basis.
The ARCOS report is comprised of two records: The header record and the detail record. The header record is the first record in an ARCOS report. It provides information about the report being submitted such as the reporting period, frequency of reporting and so on. Controlled substance transactions are reported using the detail record.
Note: For this panel to work, the ARCOS reporting freq field should not be blank in the Pharma control file.
- Reporting period end
- This column displays the reporting period end date depending on the value defined in the ARCOS reporting freq field in the Pharma control file (i.e. Monthly or Quarterly).
- ARCOS reporting freq
- This column displays the reporting frequency based on the value set in the ARCOS reporting freq field in the Pharma control file.
- Create
- Set this field to YES if you want to create the ARCOS report for the current reporting period.
- Last period reported
- Displays the last reporting period.
- Re-create
- Set this field to YES if you want to re-create the ARCOS report for the current reporting period.
- Address of sender
- This field is defaulted with the email address for the actual user, (for the ACCEMAIL client), if defined on the Work with user profiles, Assign client panel. Keep as is, or enter the email address of the person who is responsible for sending the report.
- Address of recipient
- This field is defaulted with the ARCOS admin email from the Pharma control file if defined there. Keep as is, or enter the email address of the recipient of the report.
