- From country
- To view the records from a specific country, enter the code from the Country code table.
- From whs
- Enter a code from the Warehouse table to only view records with this from-warehouse.
- To country
- Enter a code from the Country table to only view records with this to-country.
- To customer
- Enter a customer from the Business partner file to only view records with this to-customer.
- Active
- Set this field to YES to only view records for which at least one language is activated. Set to NO to only view records for which no language is activated. If you leave the field blank, both records with activated languages and not activated languages are displayed.
Work with TREM languages (DIR75904)
The purpose of this table is to define the various languages that are required for the TREM cards to be printed in.
- From country
- Enter a code from the Country table, indicating that this TREM card should be printed when delivering from this country. Note: If this field is completed, the From warehouse field has to be blank.
- From warehouse
- Enter a code from the Warehouse table, indicating that this TREM card should be printed when delivering from this warehouse. Note: If this field is completed, the From country field has to be blank.
- To country
- Enter a code from the Country table, indicating that this TREM card should be printed when delivering to this country. Note: If this field is completed, the To customer field has to be blank.
- To customer
- Enter a customer from the Business partner file, indicating that this TREM card should be printed when delivering to this customer. Note: If this field is completed, the To country field has to be blank.
- Address number
- Optional entry. If the To customer field is completed, enter an address number for the customer from the Business partner file, indicating that this TREM card should be printed when delivering to this particular customer address.
- Manner of transport
- Optional entry. Enter a code from the Manner of transport table, indicating that this TREM card should be printed when delivering goods using this manner of transport.

This panel displays all languages defined in the Language table. Activate the languages in which the TREM card should be printed, or inactivate languages which no longer apply.

- From country
- Displays the country of origin, from which the goods shall be shipped.
- From warehouse
- Displays from which warehouse the hazardous goods are to be shipped from.
- To country
- Displays the destination country of the hazardous goods.
- Address number
- Displays a code from the Business partner file, Address file panel indicating the customer’s delivery address.
- Manner of transport
- Displays a code from the Manners of transport table indicating how the goods will be transported to your customer’s site.
- Language
- Displays the language code from the Language table.
- Active
- This field is set to YES if the language is activated for the TREM card. Otherwise the field is blank.
