In this program you define exceptions to the selected calendar’s common working days.
Options
Selection fields
- Calendar ID
- Displays the selected calendar ID.
- Date
- This column lists the specific dates that have been defined as non-working days for the selected calendar.
- Day
- This column lists the days that have been defined as non-working days for the selected calendar. Note: The specified day affects all years in the calendar.
Work with calendar ID non-working days (GDMD16104)
On this panel you define the non-working days that are exceptions from the common working days entered for the selected calendar. Note that you do not have to enter the days already defined as non-working days as default for the calendar ID in Work with calendar IDs; only the exceptions.
Enter either a date or a day. If you enter a day, it will affect all years in the calendar.
- Calendar ID
- Displays the selected calendar ID.
- Date
- Enter the date that is a non-working day. The date format to use is defined in Work with companies. If this field is completed, the Day field must be blank.
- Day (ddmm)
- Enter the day that is a non-working day. The day is defined in format ddmm (day, month), e.g., 2303 for March 23. If this field is completed, the Date field must be blank. Note: Entered day will affect all years in the calendar.
Work with calendar ID non-working days, Copy (GDMD16105)
- Date
- Displays the date(s) you selected to copy.
- New date
- Enter the new date that you are defining.
