Activate/Inactivate documents

The following describes how to select the document(s) in which you want the text to be printed.

  1. As an example, select a sales order line on the Work with sales orders, Order lines panel and click Text.
  2. On the Edit text panel, click Doc.
  3. You access Documents to be printed where you check which documents are active for printing for the sales order type of this order. Click OK to return to the Edit text panel.
  4. On the Edit text panel, click Text set to access the detailed panel for text sets. Click Documents to access the detailed panel where you can activate/deactivate in which document(s) the text will appear.
  5. Abbreviations of the available documents are listed next to the text set. Tick the relevant document to denote that you want the text to be printed in the document. Click OK and exit.
