Options
Delete | Select this option to delete/inactivate a record. Note: This does not physically delete the entry from file. If you want to physically remove them from the file, you must run the Wake up call reorganisation routine. |
Change status to finish | Select this option to change the status to finish once the phone call has been made. Note: This does not physically delete the entry from file. If you want to physically remove them from the file, you must run the Wake up call reorganisation routine. |
Selection fields
- Wake up date
- This column lists the date that the phone call should be made.
- Wake up time
- This column lists the time that the phone call should be made.
- Phone number
- This column lists the phone number for the customer.
- Customer number
- This column lists the customer number.
- Warehouse number
- This column lists the warehouse from which the goods are dispatched.
- Name
- This column lists the name of the customer.
- Description (warehouse)
- This column lists the description of the warehouse.
- Language
- This column lists the language code for the customer.
- Route ID
- This column lists the route ID.
- Description
- This column lists the description of the route.
- Departure ID
- This column lists the departure ID.
- Description
- This column lists the description of the departure.
- Last order date
- This column lists the last order date for the customer.
- Last order time
- This column lists the time at which the last order was placed for the customer.

- This column lists the user ID of the person who placed the order.
