From this panel order lines can be selected and added to your requests.
This panel can be accessed as follows:
- Via the Work with requests and returns, Lines panel by:
- Clicking Select lines.
- Then, on the More selections panel, enter any value in the Selection: field and click OK.
- Via the Work with requests and returns panel by:
- Entering a reference number and clicking OK.
- The panel will be accessed with the pre-selected values.

Note: If you want to add a request based on a purchase order and select one or several order lines, this panel must be called from the request detail level by clicking Select lines and the Type of reference on the request must be purchase order.

- Displays the sales/purchase order number.

- Displays the sales/purchase order line number.

- Displays the item code and description.

- Displays the quantity dispatched to your customer.

Work with requests and returns, Select order lines (HLR03604)
On this panel order line details are displayed. Note: If you selected one or several purchase order lines on the previous panel, sales related fields are not displayed on this panel.
This panel can be accessed as follows:
- Via the Work with requests and returns, Lines panel by:
- Clicking Select lines.
- Then, on the More selections panel, enter any value in the Selection: field and click OK.
- Via Work with requests and returns, Select order lines panel (the initial panel of this program), select the option to display an order line and click OK.

- Displays the sales/purchase order number.
- Line
- Displays the sales/purchase order line number.
- Item
- Displays the item code and description.
- Batch
- Displays the batch number.
- Dispatch quantity
- Displays the quantity dispatched to your customer.
- Price
- Displays the price of the item.
- Price unit quantity
- Only displayed if the PRCUNIT (Price unit handling) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the quantity for the order line displayed according to the price unit. See About price unit handling for more information.
- Warehouse
- Displays a code from the Warehouse table indicating the warehouse where the item is stored.
- Picklist
- Displays the number of the pick list that was used to retrieve the goods from stock.
- Package number
- Displays the number of the package that the item was stored in.
- Pick list line
- Displays the pick list line number. The item retrieval instruction was located on this line.
- Shipment
- Displays the number of the shipment. The sales order line was transported to your customer in this shipment.
- Pick consolidation
- This field is only valid if the sales order line was included in a pick consolidation. Displays the pick list consolidation number.
- Transport note
- Displays the transport note number. This indicates how, when and from where the goods were transported.
- Invoice
- Displays the document type followed by invoice number. Document type is used as part of key to the invoice number and is connected to the document number series for the invoice related document. See About number series handling for invoice related documents for more information.
- Handl status, item
- Displays the handling status of the item as defined in the Item file, indicating if specific restrictions apply for the item, e.g., the item is not allowed to be entered on a sales order.
- Invoice line
- Displays the invoice line number. The item details are printed on this invoice line.
- Handl status, whs
- Displays the handling status of the item as defined in the Item file, Warehouses panel, indicating if specific restrictions apply for the item in this warehouse, e.g., the item is not allowed to be entered on a sales order.
- Invoice date
- Displays the date that the invoice was sent to your customer.
- Conformity group
- Displays the item conformity group code as defined in the Item file.
Work with requests and returns, Confirm creation of lines (HLR03605)
From this panel you confirm the addition of the sales/purchase order line to your request and return. Enter all of the relevant information and click OK to confirm. Click Back to cancel.
