On this panel, you select the order status you want to work with. You can only choose one at a time.

The following statuses are available for selection:
- the sales order header status,
- the sales order line status,
- the purchase order header status,
- the purchase order line status, and
- the sales quotation line status.
Work with order status, Sales/Purchase order header/line/Sales quotation line (DIR02502)
This panel displays the predefined order header/order line statuses for sales, sales quotations or purchase orders. The subheading indicates the order status level you selected on the previous panel. You cannot add or delete entries.

- This column lists the order statuses.
- Short description
- Displays the description of the order status in an abbreviated form.

This panel displays the order header or order line status that you selected on the previous panel. The subheading indicates if the status relates to a sales order, sales quotation line or a purchase order. You are only able to change the status description.

- Displays the description of the selected order status in an abbreviated form, but can be changed.
