In this program you maintain overtime interval detail records for a day scheme/time code combination. You can add or delete records. You can also create a new record by copying an existing one.
- Day scheme
- Scheme time from/to
- Displays the start and end time of the day scheme.
- Working hours from/to
- Displays the start and end time of the working hours.
- Time code
- Displays the time code and its description.
- Time from
- Enter the start time of the interval. If the interval starts on the day before the day described by the scheme, enter a minus sign (-) before the time. If the interval starts on the day after the day described by the scheme, enter a plus sign (+) before the time.
- Time to
- Enter the end time of the interval. If the interval ends on the day before the day described by the scheme, enter a minus sign (-) before the time. If the interval ends on the day after the day described by the scheme, enter a plus sign (+) before the time.
- Wage type
- Enter a wage type, from Work with wage types, to be used for overtime inside the interval.
- Time rounding
- Enter one of the values described below. Time rounding describes a division of the hour into clocking periods. When calculating time the actual clocked time is adjusted to a period limit according to the rounding described by the the Rounding rule field. The decimal part of the field is the length of the period in minutes. If no value is entered the clocked time (with seconds) will be used in time calculation.
- Rounding rule
- Mandatory entry if time rounding is specified. Enter the code representing the time rounding rule. The following values apply:
- Minimum time
- Enter the minimum time required.
- Rounding to hours
- Enter rounding for overtime. Overtime time within the interval is rounded downwards to a multiple of the specified number of hours. If, for example, the value is 0.50 overtime will be rounded to half hours.
- Wage type remaining time
- Enter a wage type, from Work with wage types, to be used when rounding remaining time. If no wage type is specified the remaining time is lost.
