This is the program for printing TREM (TRansport EMergency) cards manually. A TREM card contains advises for actions to take in an emergency situation and should follow the transport of the goods. It has to printed in all the languages of the transit countries which the goods will cross.
The information printed on the TREM card is retrieved from the MSDS file. In the MSDS definitions file you define whether the table fields and text defined for a sub-section should be printed on the TREM card.
In this program you select for which item(s) or MSDS the TREM card should be printed. You also define the language(s). If no language is defined on this panel, the TREM card(s) will be printer in the system language.
Note: TREM cards can also be printed automatically together with the freight document(s), if defined in the Freight document table.
The TREM card is only printed if:
- the handling status defined for the MSDS in the MSDS file is defined as being valid on sales orders
- the MSDS is activated in the language(s) defined on this panel.
table fields are defined to be printed on the TREM card, i.e. the TREM field is set to YES on the MSDS table field maintenance panel in the MSDS definition file.
