The price information for the item in question is displayed on this panel and can be changed. This information is calculated from the information defined in the corresponding Template for the item. If the Display line field is set to YES on the Work with item price calculation templates, Line, Detail panel, the same number of lines established in the corresponding Template will be displayed.
If calculation lines have been defined in the Work with item price calculation templates program for the item in question, the information that will be displayed includes the line number, description, price in system currency and percentage.
The price in foreign currency, currency and exchange rate information will only be displayed if prices are established in the Item file for that item in a currency other than the system currency.
Calculation lines that are a summation of other lines will be highlighted.
Calculation lines within the Template could be defined to result in a certain percentage of the value of another line. For such lines, a percentage value is displayed in this program.

| Delete | Delete an entire calculation model for an item. A warning message will be displayed whereby you confirm deletion of the calculation model again, or cancel the command by pressing Back. |
- Line
- Displays the line number for the line with which you are currently working.
- Price
- Enter the new price in system currency to be valid for this line. If the line being updated is a percentage of line, two update options are available. Either a new price can be entered which will automatically recalculate the percent, or alternatively a percent can be entered, which will automatically recalculate the price.
- Influence line
- This field is only displayed if the line is summarised, as defined in the corresponding Template. Enter the line that you want to be affected if this summarised line is changed. E.g., if the selling price is decreased, you must decide if this shall influence the contribution to profit margin or another line in the calculation model.
Note: It is not permissible to influence other summarised lines or a line with a line number higher than the one you are working with.
- Percent
- This field is only displayed if the line is a percentage of another line, as defined in the corresponding Template. Two possible entries are valid, i.e. Price or Percent. If a new price is entered, the corresponding percent will automatically be recalculated. If a new percent is entered, the corresponding price will automatically be recalculated. Enter the new price or percentage value that is to be valid for this line.
- Price curr
- This field is only displayed if prices for the item, in the Item file, are defined in a foreign currency. Enter the new price in foreign currency. If this value is to be changed, the Exchange rate must also be changed below. Note: This value cannot be changed if a Price in system currency is to be changed above.
- Exchange rate
- This field is only displayed if foreign currencies are defined for the item in the Item file. Enter the new exchange rate to be valid for the line. If this value is to be changed, the Price curr must also be changed above. Note: This value cannot be changed if a Price in system currency is to be changed above.
- Curr
- This field is only displayed if a price is to be retrieved from the Item file that is defined in a currency other than the system currency. Enter the new currency to apply to the sales price/purchase price.
