Due date
Displays the document date of the proposed payment. The system automatically proposes a payment date according to the following:

  • If the Cash disc due date field is set to NO, then the proposed payment date is the document(s) due date (adjusted according to the assigned calendar definition and the indicated First/Last payment date).
  • If the Cash disc due date field is set to YES, then the proposed payment date is the document(s) cash discount due date (adjusted according to the assigned calendar definition and the indicated First/Last payment date).

This date can be changed. Note: If the automatically assigned payment date is changed, then the amounts of the paid documents are not re-calculated to consider or discard the cash discount.

Note: If the A/R payment proposal’s payment mode is SEPA Direct Debit, then the due date cannot be before First payment date for the proposal and not before First payment date for the defined mandate ID.

External document no
Enter the external document number. If the proposal is updated, the external document cannot be changed.
