This panel is used to set up the most commonly used maintenance programs, which can include all maintenance programs in the system. It can be accessed with a function key, just like an enquiry program. This presumes, of course, that the menu option or program are not secured in the SECUR tool.

Selection fields
- Program
- This column lists the existing maintenance programs.
- Description
- This column lists the descriptions of the existing maintenance programs.
- Application
- Displays a code from the Application definition table identifying to which application the corresponding maintenance program belongs.
- MEDEA option
- Displays the menu item from the Menu item file in MEDEA, which is called to start the corresponding maintenance program.
- Subset
- This column lists the subsets to which the corresponding maintenance programs belong.
- Identity
- If defined as a mandatory entry for the corresponding subset in Work with subsets displays the identity.
- PTF level
- Displays the PTF level of the corresponding subset.
- Modification number
- If defined as mandatory entry for the corresponding subset in Work with subsets displays the modification number.
- Change date
- Displays the date when the corresponding maintenance program is changed.
Work with maintenance programs (GDMD11704)
This panel is used to set up the most commonly used maintenance programs, which can include all maintenance programs in the system. It can be accessed with a function key, just like an enquiry program. This presumes, of course, that the menu option or program are not secured in the SECUR tool.
- Set up the most commonly used maintenance programs in this table.
- Access the User profile table and select the users that should have access to the maintenance programs set up in this table.
- Enter program ASGR017 for any function key for the user and application.
When the selected users press the function key when in the application, the Maintenance program selection program will be displayed and the user can select and start any of the maintenance programs defined in this table.
