The entries in this panel are used:
- in the Item file to connect an item to an item price group.
- in the Work with sales pricing methods file for giving discounts to customers.
- as a selection criteria when recalculating sales and purchase prices.
- in the Item classification functionality when building a grouping structure. The Item price group is one of the 12 item related keys allowed to be assigned as an Item classification entity at DIS control file level (i.e. as one of the following: Main group, Group, Classification profile 1 or Classification profile 2).
