Retrieve inbound del schedules from DI, Header (DIR82101)

This panel is displayed if you are running the Retrieve inbound delivery schedules from DI routine interactively, and if there are errors, or if information is missing, in the delivery schedule.

You have two options from which to choose; either you correct the errors highlighted on the panel, or you cancel the retrieval by clicking Cancel this del schedule no or Cancel all processed.

Function keys

Cancel this del schedule no Cancel the update of this inbound delivery schedule. The delivery schedule will not be updated in the Delivery schedule file, but will be kept in the DI delivery schedule file.
Cancel all processed Cancel the update of all inbound delivery schedules selected for retrieval. They will not be updated in the Delivery schedule file, but will be kept in the DI delivery schedule file.
Customer
Displays the customer who sent the inbound delivery schedule.

Delivery schedule no
Delivery address no
Displays an address number indicating to which address the goods should be sent, if stated by the customer. The address number stated must exist in the Business partner file for the customer.
Document subtype
Displays the DI document subtype defined for the type of document, i.e. inbound delivery schedule (DELFOR). The DI document subtype for delivery schedules must be defined in the DI documents table.
Schedule start date
Displays the start date of the delivery schedule, i.e. from when the schedule is valid. The information is stated by the customer.
Schedule end date
Displays the end date of the delivery schedule, stated by the customer.
One order/item
Indicates if one sales order should be created for each item included in the delivery schedule. If set to NO, all items on the delivery schedule will be grouped into one sales order. The information is retrieved from DIS control file.
No of history gener
Displays how many history delivery schedules that should be kept in the system. The information is retrieved from DIS control file.
Handler
Displays a code from the Signature table, indicating the handler of the delivery schedule.
Order type
Displays a code from the Sales order type table, indicating the order type to be used when sales orders are created from this delivery schedule.
Warehouse
Displays a code from the Warehouse table, indicating the warehouse from which the items on this delivery schedule should be dispatched.

You have two options from which to choose; either you correct the errors highlighted on the panel, or you cancel the retrieval by clicking Cancel this del schedule no, Cancel all processed or Cancel item. The corrected information will be updated in the Delivery schedule file.

Displays when the customer wants the item to be delivered. Either this field or the Dispatch date field has to be completed.
Dispatch date
Displays when the customer wants the item to be delivered. Either this field or the Requested disp date field has to be completed.
