In this enquiry program you can view details about the debtor’s balances per due date. To indicate that the debtor is overdue the Overdue field, situated in the header part of the panel, displays YES according to the conditions in Work with credit profiles. When Overdue displays YES, the symbol < (less than) will be displayed in front of all the columns that hold a date that is earlier than today’s date.
If the debtor is overdue, then the sales order can be put on hold (or released) in the following routines in DC1 Distribution:
- Sales order entry
- Work with held sales orders
- Batch order hold
- Batch order release
Entering different search concepts will display the debtor’s balances and accumulated balances for different due dates. Initially, the program starts to show the debtor’s actual time axis stored in the A/R credit time axis file.
The debtor’s time axis will be changing the information displayed on the panel depending on which of the following variables you enter:
- a due date
- a due date and an interval, or
- a due date and Monthly set to YES.

- Debtor no
- Mandatory entry. Enter the number of the debtor for which you want information and click OK. The internal name and telephone number of the selected debtor will be shown next to the number. The function keys shown give access to different kinds of information for the entered debtor.
- Due date
- Enter the first due date from when the time axis should be displayed. Mandatory entry if you combine it with Interval and Month.
- Interval
- Enter the interval for which you want to display the balances for the debtor. When you enter an interval Due date is mandatory. You can, for example, enter the due date 310112 (31st of Jan., 2012) and then the interval 10 days. This will display the balances with a 10 day interval starting with 310112. If you leave this field blank, then the debtor’s current time axis will be shown. This field and Month are mutually exclusive.
- Month
- Indicate if you want to display the balances with a monthly end date interval. When you set this field to YES, Due date is mandatory and must contain an end date of a month. This field and Interval are mutually exclusive.
- Cred profile
- The credit profile is defined for the debtor in the Business partner file and it defines when a customer’s order will be put on hold for an overdue A/R balance.
- Overdue
- Indicates if the debtor’s past due amount is overdue according to the Max overdue days and Max overdue amount in Work with credit profiles.
- Max ovd amt
- Displays the maximum amount allowed for an overdue A/R balance. If the amount exceeds this value, the customer’s orders will be put on credit hold. The amount is retrieved from Work with credit profiles. This field works in combination with Max ovd days.
- Max ovd days
- Displays the maximum number of days allowed for an overdue A/R balance. If the number of days exceed the number of days shown here, the customer’s order will be put on credit hold. The amount of days is retrieved from Work with credit profiles. This field works in combination with Max ovd amt.
- Cust struct
- Only shown if the Business partner structure function is activated. Indicates if the debtor exists in a customer structure. See Create a business partner structure for your customers for more information.
