Dispatch delay statistics are created at Invoicing. The system compares the Requested date of dispatch and the Actual date of dispatch and calculates the number of days the dispatch has been delayed.
- Select the Print dispatch delays statistics list menu item.
- You access Dispatch delays statistics list printout. The fields under Sequence are mandatory. The fields under Selection allow you to narrow down the information that you want included on the printout. The Delay > field also allows you to narrow down the information that will be included on the printout. If, for example, you enter 1 the system will include only those item lines with a delay of dispatch more than 1 day). Complete the printer fields as desired and click OK or F2 for interactive processing (if the Interactive process field in Work with DC1 user profiles is set to YES for your profile).
