These entries are used to add information to different account parts, thereby simplifying the entry of long account combinations. An example is a transaction where only the main account is entered, and the system automatically completes the posting with a project account in one account part, and a department account in another. You do this by setting up account completion rules.

- This column lists the account part numbers defined for completion in other account parts.
- Account number
- Displays the related account number.
- Account parts 1-8
- Displays the defined account combinations.
Work with account completions (FMR00504)
On this panel you set up the actual account completion rule.
From
- Account part number
- Enter the account part number of the account that should be completed with one or more accounts in other account parts.
- Account number
- Enter the account number that should be completed with one or more accounts in other account parts.
To Account number
Enter the account(s) that should complete the account combination. Completion with only asterisks is not allowed.
- Start date
- Enter the date from which this completion rule is valid.
- End date
- Enter the date to which this completion rule is valid.
