This and the subsequent panels (scroll down) display the templates that are assigned a default sequence, giving you more entry options to select from. Up to nine templates can have such a sequence. It is, however, possible to change any of the templates to another that does not hold a default sequence. All template fields per template are displayed allowing you to make multiple attribute selections in your search for the item.

- Displays the name of the Item attribute template, that has been assigned a default sequence, in default sequential order. Up to nine templates can have such a sequence. For alphanumeric template fields where the values are validated against Item attribute validation tables, you can click the window prompt icon to access a selection list.

- Optional entry per template. Enter the panel value for And (default) if records are to be searched using the AND logic for values entered, where all values entered must exist for each item. Enter the panel value for Or if records are to be searched using the OR logic, where only the selection for one of the template fields is met for each item.

- The template fields defined in the template are displayed for selection. Enter a selection value. For alphanumeric template fields, where the values are validated against Item attribute validation tables, you can click the window prompt icon to access a selection list.

- Enter any value in any of the templates for extended field selections.

- This field applies to all templates after Template 1. The value you enter in this field will define the search relation between the first template and the rest of the templates. If you enter the panel value for And in this field (or leave it blank) it means that the items that are to be displayed must match the entered selection criteria in the first template (which can be defined to use the panel value for AND or OR) AND the entered selection criteria in the rest of the templates (which also can be defined to use the panel value for AND or OR). If you enter the panel value for Or in this field, the items that are to be displayed must match the selection criteria in at least one of the templates for which selection criteria is entered (and once again it is possible to use the panel value for AND or OR within each template).
