The purpose of this program is to display a summary of all included materials for the selected manufacturing orders that are to be released for production.

- Warehouse
- The selected warehouse.
- Sales order
- The selected sales order number.
- Project
- This field is only displayed if the DC1 Project Management functionality is activated in Work with companies. The selected project number.
- Dep section
- The selected department section.
- Planner
- The selected planner id.
- M-order
- The selected manufacturing order.
- St date to
- The selected horizon date.
- Order type
- Item/Description
- All occurrences of an item on the selected orders are summarised on one line.
- Whs
- Quantity required
- The total quantity that is required for the release of all selected manufacturing orders.
- Available to alloc
- The available quantity for allocation, (i.e. Net quantity on hand minus already allocated quantity.)
- Sht sel
- Indicates if there is a shortage of the item for this selection. This field is set to YES if the quantity in the Available to alloc field is lower than that in the Quantity required field.
- Sht LT
- Indicates if there is a shortage of the item within lead time. This field is set to YES if the Sht sel field is set to YES.
