Location confirmation, Pick/Put away/Merged pick (WMR91501)

This panel is accessed from Reception note confirmation/Pick list confirmation if you selected a line to define reception to/picking from different zones/locations. The panel is also used when new pallets should be created during reception and if order lines have been merged into one suitable pick.

Function keys

Change Make the fields Lot, Zn and Location in the middle of the panel input capable, enabling you to change this information for entered confirmation lines.
Print labels Only available for Put away suggestions. Select a pallet for printout.
Update Confirm the actual quantity and update.
Add location/Create pallet Only available for Put away suggestions. Toggle between the following view modes:

  • Add location
  • Create pallet
List no
Displays the reception note number/pick list number.
Order
Displays the order number.
Lot
Displays the lot number if the item is lot handled.
Zone
Displays the suggested zone for merged pick.
Item
Displays the item and description.
Line
Displays the item line number on the order.
Location
Displays the suggested location for merged pick.
Batch
Displays the suggested batch ID for a merged pick if the item is batch controlled.
Pallet no
Displays the suggested pallet number for a merged pick.
NCC number
Only displayed if the following is true:

  • Function NCC-SELL (NCC Selling) is activated in the Function control file. See About NCC selling for more information.
  • The customer accepts NCC deliveries.

Displays the number of the Non-conformity certificate, entered for the sales order line during order entry, against which the reservation is made.

Warehouse
Displays the warehouse.
Quantity
Displays the suggested quantity from the reception note line/pick list line.
Line
Displays item line number on the order.
Seq
Displays the sequence for the order line number.
Order
Displays the order number for a merged pick.
Line
Displays the order line number for a merged pick.
Sugg. qty
Displays the suggested quantity from the Reception note/Pick list.

Actual qty
Enter the received/picked quantity for the zone/location.

If you accessed this panel by marking + on the previous panel for a merged pick, then enter the received/picked quantity for the zone/location.

If you changed the actual quantity on the previous panel, then the system automatically distributes the quantity amongst the lines and displays it here.

Note the following:

  • For a merged line, all connected order lines are displayed here.
  • For a non-merged line, only one sales order line is displayed.

Put away/Create pallet mode

The following three input fields will be shown when you are in Put away mode and when clicking Create pallet:

Pallet
Only shown for pick confirmation. Enter the pallet number for the suggested pallet to be picked.
Label
Indicate if a pallet label should be printed.
Pallet type
Enter the pallet type for the pallet to be created. Note: This field is defaulted with the value from the Item/Size file.
Pallet qty
Enter the pallet size for the pallet to be created. Note: This field is defaulted with the value from the Item/Size file.
Batch
If the component is a batch controlled item, enter the batch ID of the received/picked product.

Note: The following restriction only applies when one or more supplier has been defined on any SMS agreement: If the sales order line belongs to a sales order that is defined for SMS rebates, you cannot select quantities from different batches if those quantities come from different suppliers. Zn
Mandatory entry if no value is entered in the Pallet input field. For a reception note, enter the zone to which the goods are received. For a pick list, enter the zone from where the goods were delivered.
Location
Mandatory entry if no value is entered in the Pallet input field. For a reception note, enter the location to which the goods are received. For a pick list, enter the location from where the goods were delivered.
