Link the account groups to main accounts in the Account file

Any number of main accounts can be linked to one inflation account group, but a main account can only belong to one inflation account group.

Prerequisites
In order to link the account group(s) to the main accounts it consists of, entries must exist in Work with inflation account groups.

  1. Select the Work with chart of accounts menu item.
  2. You access the main panel. Select the account number of a main account that you want to link to an inflation account group and click Change.
  3. You access the first detail panel. Click Next to access further details of the chosen account.
  4. You access the second Work with chart of accounts detail panel. Complete the following field:
    5. Inflation acc group
    Enter the inflation account group that you want to link this main account to.

    Click OK. Exit the routine.
