This is the initial panel for the pick confirmation flow routine.
- Pick list number
- Mandatory entry. Enter the number of the pick list you want to confirm.
- Pick handler
- This field is only displayed if the PICK-HND (Pick handler) function is activated in the Function control file. It is a mandatory entry. Enter the user ID of the person working with the pick confirmation.
- Zone
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Warehouse Management is installed and activated. Optional entry. Enter the picked from zone to be used for the confirmation.
- Dispatch date
- Defaults with today’s date. Leave as is or change to the date that the pick list should be dispatched.
- Suspend pick error
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Warehouse Management is installed and activated. This field is set to YES by default meaning that the system will perform a suspension check according to the definition made for the zone in the Warehouse zone table. Set this field to NO if you want the system to continue with the pick list confirmation process without suspending the location.
- Cancel
- Set this flag to YES if you want to cancel a part of or the entire pick confirmed quantity. Note: Cancellation is not allowed for backlogged lines, credit orders, service orders, MDC orders, IRO, and invoiced orders.

Click OK to confirm the picking.
- Picking
- This column lists the picking number.
- Type
- This column denotes the type of picking.
Type Description 1 Pick list 2 Dispatch request 3 Credit order (i.e. return to stock) 4 Service order return
- Crt date
- This column lists the date the picking was created.
- Crt tme
- This column lists the time the picking was created.
- Whs
- This column lists the warehouse for the picking.
- Customer
- This column lists the customer number for the picking.
- Dispatch date
- This column lists the date of the dispatch.
