This program prints sales order confirmations.
Selection
In the fields below you define the limits for the information to be included in the selection. Note: If you leave the Handler, Order number and Customer fields blank, all order confirmations not previously printed, Main info status is 10, will be printed.
- Handler
- Enter the handler’s reference from the Signature table. If a handler is entered, only sales orders with status 10 (order confirmation not printed) for this handler will be printed.
- Order number
- Enter the order number(s) of the sales order(s) that you want to include in the printout. If you want to print an order confirmation for a customer that has a credit stop code in the Credit stop code field in the Business partner file indicating that no sales are allowed to the customer, a message is displayed at the bottom of this panel. This message is retrieved from the Credit stop code table and you are not allowed to print the order confirmation.
- Customer
- Enter the customer(s) that you want to include in the printout.
- Changed orders
- This field is only valid for changed orders. Set this field to NO if you only want to print not yet confirmed orders (Main info order at status = 10). Set to YES if you only want to print changed orders.
An order can be marked as changed for two reasons:
- When a DI order change transaction has been received which has changed the order.
- When the Sales order re-planning function/process in the system marks the order as changed. (See About re-planning sales orders for more information.)
Note: Any changed DI sales orders are transferred to the Data Interchange data base and can also be printed on paper if requested on the customer/document level in the Business partner file.
- Changed web orders
- Only displayed if DC1 Netstore is activated. Set this field to YES to print order confirmation for those orders that have been created via DC1 NetStore and have been changed since the last time they where confirmed.
- E-mail/paper only
- If this field is set to YES, the order confirmation will only be printed on paper regardless if the ORDRSP (Sales and order responses) DI document has been defined for the customer. The only exception is if order confirmation (ORDRSP DI document) has been activated for method ACCEMAIL. If such is the case, this will be created together with a paper copy when this field is set to YES. This selection will override the corresponding definition on the sales order type.
If this field is unchecked (i.e. a NO setting)), the system will check if the corresponding field is set to YES on the order type. If the corresponding field on the order type has not been set to YES, the DI setup for the customer will be used.
