You manually define adjustment transactions for a VAT declaration. The corrections you create will be automatically included in the VAT declaration when the final report is printed and resent to the authorities. This functionality is useful if, e.g.:
- Decimals are not allowed in some VAT boxes and the calculated amounts must be rounded off on the report. The declaration has already been printed and some of the amounts were not correctly coin adjusted. You then manually define the correction amount which will be automatically added to the amount calculated for the specified box. The corrected, final VAT declaration report is printed and resent.
- The amount calculated for a VAT box is negative, but according to the regulations 0 (zero) should be printed on the report. You then manually define the correction amount that resets the box value to 0 (zero), which will be automatically added to the specified box. The corrected, final VAT declaration report is printed and resent.
