This panel displays details of one calendar week from the work calendar of an employee. You can also change the day scheme of a day if you accessed the panel from a maintenance program.
Options
| Day scheme | Select this option to access the Day scheme enquiry. |
- Employee
- Year
- Displays the initially selected year. The year can be changed if a week in another year is to be maintained.
- Week
- Displays the initially selected week number. The week can be changed if another week is to be maintained.
- Month
- Displays the name of the month next to the first day of the week or the first day of the month.
- Day
- Displays a day within the month followed by the name of the weekday.
- Scheme
- Enter a code from Work with day schemes. If the panel is called for maintenance and the status code in the Sts column is 0 (= Not processed), then the day scheme can be changed. If the field is left blank, then the day scheme is retrieved from the standard weeks according to the rules for calendar generation.
- Sts
- Displays the status of the calendar date.
- Attest group
- Displays the attest group.
