Follow-up actions are used for the planning and reporting of project-related activities that should not be invoiced. On this panel you can select a project or a handler for which you want to register follow-up actions.
When the action has been performed this is reported on the Actual follow-up maintenance panel for either the project or quotation, or the handler.
Each action will be written in a history file for the project/quotation that can be viewed through the Planned follow-up code enquiry. You can therefore keep track of the planned actions and see when they have been dealt with.
