Update lead times for produced items in the Item file

You can update the Item file with either all items that are included in the proposal, or a selection of items from the proposal.

Note: The items that are not selected for update will not be deleted from the proposal. It is possible to update a proposal several times.

Note: If all items are selected for update, the proposal will be deleted automatically when the Item file is updated.

  1. Select the Work with lead times menu item.
  2. You access Work with item lead times. Select the lead time proposal and click Update items.
  3. You access Work with item lead times, Update items. Complete the following fields:
  4. Lead time update
    Indicate what fields should be updated in the Item file by ticking one of the following: Prod lead time, Lead time, or Both.
    Update on
    Indicate on which level the new lead times should be updated by ticking one of the following: Item level, or Item and warehouse level.

    Tip: Use the selection fields to narrow down the selection of items for which the new lead times should be updated in the Item file.

    Click OK to update. Exit the routine.
