The following describes how to report start and stop of a project activity when DC1 Project Management is used. When changing projects the ongoing project will automatically be stopped when a new activity is started.
- Select Change project/activity in the list of functions in the Time reporting window. You access Change project/activity.
- Card id. Number
- Enter your card id. number.
Click OK. A list of project activities is then shown in the bottom half of the window.
To start a project
Select the project you want to start from the list (or double click on the project). Click OK to create the transactions.
You return to the start panel. At the bottom of the window a message is shown for a few seconds confirming the start of the project.
To stop a project
Simply, click OK.
Selection
Alternatively, you manually enter the fields inside the Select frame with the correct values for the project and click OK when done. If the work is done for another cost centre than your home cost centre, then also complete Cost centre.
Positioning
To position in the list of project activities enter a value in one or more of the fields inside the Position frame.
Exit the routine.
