This panel displays additional information about the stock situation for the item/warehouse. This panel may also display production plan information if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated.

- Item
- Displays the item and item description.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse code from the Warehouse table.
- Stock on hand
- This is the current physical stock on hand. However, it is not always what is available for sale. Note: The non-conforming stock is not included in this quantity.
- On pick
- Displays the quantity that has been printed on the picking list but not yet confirmed as delivered.
- In QC
- Displays the total quantity currently under quality control.
- Returns
- Displays the quantity that has been entered on a return to supplier order but has not yet been reported as returned.
- NCC usable
- Displays the total usable quantity in the non-conforming stock. This quantity has been rejected during the quality control function, or has been moved to the non-conforming stock, and is defined as usable.
- NCC reservations
- Only displayed if the NCC-SELL (NCC selling) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the total reserved quantity of the total NCC usuable quantity on all NCC’s for the item/warehouse.
- NCC unusable
- Displays the total unusable quantity in the non-conforming stock. This quantity has been rejected during the quality control function, or has been moved to the non-conforming stock, and is defined as unusable.
- Held
- Displays the held quantity for the batch controlled item which do not have Date handling defined in the Item file.
- Under incubation
- This field is only displayed if the batch controlled item has Date handling defined in the Item file. Displays the quantity of the item which is under incubation and expected to mature at a later date.
- Unusable
- The name of this field can differ, depending on the column heading defined for quantity type 1 in the Quantity type table.
Displays the total unusable quantity in the non-conforming stock. This quantity has been rejected during the quality control function, or has been moved to the non-conforming stock, and is defined as unusable.
- Unavailable
- The name of this field can differ, depending on the column heading defined for quantity type 3 in the Quantity type table.
Displays the total unavailable quantity the non-conforming stock. This quantity has been rejected during the quality control function, or has been moved to the non-conforming stock, and is defined as unusable.
- Unsellable
- The name of this field can differ, depending on the column heading defined for quantity type 1 in the Quantity type table.
Displays the total unsellable in the non-conforming stock. This quantity has been rejected during the quality control function, or has been moved to the non-conforming stock, and is defined as unusable.
- Stock take
- The name of this field can differ, depending on the column heading defined for quantity type 4 in the Quantity type table.
Displays the total quantity currently being under stock take. This quantity has been rejected during the quality control function, or has been moved to the non-conforming stock, and is defined as unusable.
- Net on hand
- Allocated
- This field is only displayed if the panel name is Time axis enquiry, Inventory. Displays the total value of all allocations made for the item (at the warehouse level). This value is updated when the pick list is printed.
- Allocated m-order
- Displays the total value of all allocations made for the item on manufacturing orders where the planned issue date is within the planning horizon of the item. This value is allocated when the manufacturing order reaches status 10 and will be adjusted when manufacturing issue and closing of the manufacturing order is done. It will also include manual batch reservations for manufacturing orders with status 00 or 05, regardless of the planned issue date.
