An item classification group holds a collection of characteristics defined for a unique combination of an item classification group / Item classification main group. This is one of the components in the grouping structure under which an item, created/generated using the Item classification functionality, can belong.
In this program you select the values for the group and main group. You can then attach/detach the characteristics.

- The name of this field depends on what has been set up in the DIS control keys file for the Item related key that was chosen to represent the Item classification group entity of the grouping structure (defined in the DIS control file). Enter a unique code that will identify the new record you are creating. This field will be protected and input will not be possible if an item classification profile 1 is being used within an item classification definition or has characteristics attached (inherited from the item classification group).
- Main group
- The name of this field depends on what has been set up in the DIS control keys file for the Item related key that was chosen to represent the Item classification group entity of the grouping structure (defined in the DIS control file). Indicate the main group to which this group is connected.
