This panel is only displayed if extended item description is defined for the item in the Work with items program.
The panel displays all languages defined in the Language table and the extended item description for each language.
When the item is printed on external documents, such as Purchase orders, Order confirmation, etc., the extended item description note will be printed in the language defined for the supplier/customer.

- Item
- Displays the item code you are viewing along with a description.
- Language
- This column lists all the codes for languages defined in the Language table.
- Text
- This column indicates if any text is associated with the corresponding language.

The panel displays text which can be printed on the individual document printouts, according what is defined in the columns to the right.

- Indicates if the text should be printed on invoices.

- Indicates if the text should be printed on requests for quote.

- Indicates if the connecting text should be printed on the delivery schedule documents.

- Indicates if the text should be printed on purchase orders.

- Indicates if the text should be printed on the goods reception notes/return notes.
