Maintain a purchase suggestion (DC1 Stock Replenishment)

Select the Work with purchase suggestions menu item.
You access Work with purchase suggestions, Headers. From this panel you can add, change or delete suggestions. (Tip: Click Shift info to extend the information displayed for each suggestion header. Click Include null sugg to view all null suggestions). Select the purchase suggestion you want to maintain and click Change.
You access the detail panel where you can add or change the information in the following fields:

Description
Handler: The following additional information is displayed:
Manually created: This field is set to YES if the suggestion was manually created or NO if it was automatically created.
Lines without price: Displays the number of lines in this suggestion that do not have a purchase price.

Note: If you wish to increase the value, i.e. the suggested quantity, of the order, click Increase order size.

Click OK.

You return to the initial Work with purchase suggestions, Headers panel. You can now add, maintain and confirm the purchase suggestion lines or delete them by following the instructions detailed in Work with purchase suggestion lines (DC1 Stock Replenishment). If several purchase suggestions are to be supplied from the same supplier you can merge them into one master purchase suggestion. Highlight the applicable purchase suggestions and click the Merge option. When it comes time to create purchase orders, only one purchase order will be created for the merged suggestions.
