- Program
- Displays the program for which you are viewing a listing of all the files that are used within the program.
- File
- This column lists the files that are used within the program.
- Description
- This column lists the file descriptions.
- Usage
- This column indicates if the field usage is Input, Output, or Update.
- Used by
- This column displays the file used in this program.
- Object type
- This column displays the object type.
- Object attribute
- This column displays the object attribute.
- Source file library
- This column displays the source file library.
- Source file name
- This column displays the source file name.
- Source file member
- This column displays the source file member.
- Object library
- This column displays the object library.
- Object name
- This column displays the displays the object name.

- Enter a search argument.
Cross reference enquiry, Files – More selection (ASTD02311)
On this panel you can enter more selection criteria for your enquiry. You can, e.g., enter a file name or a format, or a program to display a listing of all the programs where the file or format is used.
- Program
- Enter a program name. You can also enter a part of a program name, e.g. R001, which will list all programs that have R001 as part of the program name.
- Exact match
- Indicate if an exact match shall be done for program.
- File
- Enter a file name. You can also enter a part of a file name, e.g. NAM, which will list all files that have NAM as part of the file name.
- Exact match
- Indicate if an exact match shall be done for file.
- Format
- Enter a format.
Field usage
- Input
- Indicate if the field is used as input. YES is defaulted, but can be changed.
- Output
- Indicate if the field is used as output. YES is defaulted, but can be changed.
- Update
- Indicate if the field is used for updates. YES is defaulted, but can be changed.
Include
- File dependencies
- Indicate if dependent files shall also be displayed for file selection. For example, if you want to see which programs use the PF and all the LF based on the PF.
