This panel displays the internal replenishment suggestions that exist in the Internal replenishment suggestion file.

Function keys

- Displays the suggestion number.
- From whs
- Displays from which warehouse the goods will be transported.
- Handler
- Displays the handler for the suggestion.
- Review
- Only displayed if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated. Indicates if this suggestion contains lines that must be reviewed or not.
- Manual
- Indicates if the suggestion is manually created or not.
- Crt date
- Displays the date the suggestion was created.
- Value
- Displays the total value of the suggestion in either the system currency or in the reporting currency (depending on whether F2 has been pressed or not).
- Description
- Displays a description of the record.
- Resp
- Displays the code identifying the person that is responsible for the suggestion. This column heading is only displayed if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated.
- To whs
- Displays the warehouse assigned to the suggestion. This information is displayed if you specified a break at the warehouse level when the suggestion was created and if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated.
- Purchase sugg origin
- Displays the originating purchase suggestion number if the internal replenishment suggestion was created from the create purchase suggestion process as a result of a supply exception policy.
Selection fields
- Manual
- Set this field to YES of NO to select all entries based on whether or not they were manually entered. You can use this field in combination with the other fields on this line to narrow down the selection further.
- Review
- Only used when DC1 Inventory Control is activated. Set this field to YES or NO to select all entries based on whether or not they are marked for review. You can use this field in combination with the other fields on this line to narrow down the selection further.
Work with internal repl suggestions, Header (DIR52004)
This panel displays the header information for the internal replenishment suggestion that you selected on the previous panel. If you are manually creating an internal replenishment suggestion, most of the fields on this panel are blank. Click OK to access the Work with internal repl suggestions, Lines panel when adding a new suggestion.
Function keys
- Suggestion number
- If this is a new entry, you can leave this field blank. The program will then retrieve the next suggestion number from the Number series table. If you want to enter a suggestion number manually, it has to be outside the range of the suggestion number series. This field cannot be changed once this record is entered.
- Description
- Displays a description of the record.
- From warehouse
- If this is a new entry, enter a valid code from the Warehouse table indicating the warehouse from where the goods, selected for internal replenishment suggestion, are to be transported. This field cannot be changed once this record is entered.
- Manner of transport
- If this is a new entry, enter a valid code from the Manner of transport table, indicating the manner the goods will be transported. This field cannot be changed once this record is entered.
- Handler
- Enter the id of the person responsible for the selected internal replenishment suggestion.
- Purchase sugg origin
- Displays the originating purchase suggestion number if the internal replenishment suggestion was created from the create purchase suggestion process as a result of a supply exception policy.
- Manually created
- This field is set to YES if the internal replenishment suggestion was created manually. It is set to NO if the internal replenishment suggestion was not created manually, but created through the Internal replenishment suggestion creation program.
- Creation date
- Displays the creation date for the selected internal replenishment suggestion, and cannot be changed.
- Review status
- Only displayed if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated. Indicates if this internal replenishment suggestion contains lines that must be reviewed before they are transferred to an internal replenishment order. Note that the system will allow creation of a new IRO order when DC1 Inventory Control is active, and this field as well as the Allow suggestion cpy field in the Work with IC control file are set to YES.
- Extra ROP days
- This field only applies to ROP items, and is only displayed if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated. Displays the number of days of forecasted demand that is added to the re-order point.
- Extra quantity
- Only displayed if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated. Displays the percentage that the suggested quantity of the internal replenishment suggestion is incremented by.
- Total value
- Displays the total value for this internal replenishment suggestion in system currency.
- Currency
- Displays the system currency code, from the Currency table, for the selected suggestion.
- Total weight
- Displays the total weight of this internal replenishment suggestion.
- Total volume
- Displays the total volume of this internal replenishment suggestion.
- Break keys
- Only displayed if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated. Displays the break sequence defined in the Internal replenishment suggestion creation routine. The break sequence specifies how the internal replenishment suggestions are divided in the creation routine.
- Responsible
- Only displayed if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated. Displays the responsible code for this internal replenishment suggestion if you specified break on responsible in the Internal replenishment suggestion creation routine.
- To warehouse
- Only displayed if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated. Displays the warehouse code for this internal replenishment suggestion if you specified break on To warehouse in the Internal replenishment suggestion creation routine.
