The entries on this panel denote the conditions of preventive service for the service object.
- Preventive service
- Displays the preventive service type that has been assigned to the object.
- Service interval
- Displays the service interval for the object in weeks.
- Service period
- Displays the service period for the object in weeks.
- Start date
- Indicates the start date from which the period of preventive service will start.
- Next inspection date
- Displays the next inspection date for the object.
- Last inspected
- Displays the latest preventive service order creation date, which is updated according to the preventive service calendar when the preventive service order is generated. However, when the SVC time is entered on the service order job header, a check is made against the preventive service calendar. If a record with order and job number is found, this field is set to the SVC time for the job.
- Recommended kit
- Displays the recommended kit for the object. When the preventive service order is generated, the system will retrieve the information defined in the kit to the order job and order lines.
- Order type
- Displays the order type for the object/preventive service type combination. The order type is updated to the new service order in the preventive service order generation. Note: A preventive service type should have a service order type with pick list set to YES, if update stock on hand is set to YES.
- Engineer
- Displays the engineer for the object. The engineer is defaulted to the service order job in service order generation.
- Spare part warehouse
- Displays the spare part warehouse for the object. The warehouse is defaulted to the service order header in preventive service order generation.
