In this program you connect system document types to a user document type. The program is preloaded with the system document types that are supported by the system. The user document type is retrieved as a default document type from this program when you enter transactions.
System document type A/R FKI is the default for A/R invoices. The user document type connected to A/R FKI is the document type that will be used automatically at manual A/R invoice entry, if no other valid user document type is entered.

Selection fields
- System id
- This column lists the system identities of the preloaded system document types. The code represents one of the following transaction types:
- G/L transactions
- A/R transactions
- A/P transactions
- System type
- This column lists the preloaded system document types.
- Description
- This column lists the description of each system document type.
- Document type
- This column lists the user document types which are connected to the system document types.
Work with system document types (FSR30004)
On this panel you connect system document types to a user document type. This program is preloaded with the system document types that are supported by the system.
The user document type is retrieved as a default document type from this program when you enter transactions.
System document type A/R FKI is the default for A/R invoices. The user document type connected to A/R FKI is the document type that will be used automatically at manual A/R invoice entry, if no other valid user document type is entered.

- Enter the system identity, as defined in Work with languages. The code represents one of the following transaction types:
- G/L transactions

- Enter a user document type from Work with document types that should be connected to the selected system document type.
Work with system document types, Copy (FSR30005)
- System id
- Displays the system identity(ies) of the system document type(s) you selected to copy.
- System type
- Displays the system document type(s) you selected to copy.
- New system id
- Enter a system identity for the system document type you are creating.
- New system type
- Enter a code to identify the new system document type you are creating.
