On this level you create the footer information for the document by adding the fields that you deem applicable. The fields available are preloaded and activated in the Work with fields for footer file (retrieved from Work with companies).

Selection fields
- Code
- The print control code to which the document is attached.
- Document
- The document selected to link footer information.
- Field
- This column displays the field(s) you want retrieved to the footer.
- Description
- This column displays the description of the field(s).
- Line
- This column displays the line on which the information will be placed.
- Position
- This column displays the position in which the information will be placed.

On this level you defined the details for the footer information.
Function keys
- Code
- The print control code.
- Document
- The document selected to link footer information.
- Field
- Enter/select the field. The value for this field will be retrieved to the footer of the printed document.
- Lead text
- Enter the lead text you want to appear before the retrieved value for the field.
- Line
- Enter on what line of the footer area you want the field’s value placed. You have five lines at your disposal.
- Position
- Enter in what position of the footer area you want the field’s value placed.

This panel displays all the records you selected to copy. Enter the new document and click OK to copy. Click Back to cancel.
