In this file you enter the contact plans. Contact plans form the basis of the actual call plan that is generated. The contact plan holds the following information:
- The person responsible for making the contact, i.e. handler (person) or role (i.e. multiple individuals)
- The frequency of the contact
- The customer to contact
- The type of contact (phone, fax, etc)
A contact plan consists of a header and details.

Selection fields
- Code
- This column lists the call plan codes.
- Description
- This column displays the description of the call plan codes.
- Handler
- This column lists the handlers or roles for which the call plan will be created.
- Period ID
- This column lists the period id’s denoting the frequency in which the call plan should be created.
- Day
- This column lists the day in the defined period that the call plan entry should be created.
Work with contact plans, Header (DIR10604)
On this panel you enter the main information for the contact plan.
- Code
- Description
- Handler type
- Enter the type of handler choosing from Signature (single user) or Role (multiple user’s).
- Handler/role
- Depending on what you entered in the Handler type field, enter either the handler code from Work with signatures denoting the handler responsible for the contact in this contact plan or the role code from Work with roles to denote the person or group of people responsible for the contact in this contact plan. Roles of type “User defined” are available.
- Period ID
- Enter the period from Work with contact periods denoting the frequency in which this contact plan should be included in the call plan generation.
- Date
- If Period ID was set to *DAILY, enter the date that this contact plan should start to be included in the call plan generation.
- Day within period
- Enter the day in the defined period that the call plan entry should be created for this contact plan.
Work with contact plans, Copy (DIR10605)
- Code
- Displays the contact plan code(s) you selected to copy.
- New code
- Enter the new contact plan code that you are creating.
- Description
- Enter the description for the new contact plan code that you are creating.
