On this panel you maintain the checklists. Per checklist you can view all defined checklist criteria via the Details option. The checklist criteria are the checkpoints (from the Work with checklist criteria program) that could be performed during the service job cycle. They contain the values that are reported during the closing of a service job. You define what checkpoints should be performed for the item(s) that have been assigned the applicable checklist(s), and the order in which the values should be reported by assigning a sequence number to the applicable checklist criteria.

| Details | Select this option to view the details of the checklist (i.e. the defined checklist criteria from the Work with checklist criteria) and assign a sequence number to the applicable checklist criteria. By assigning a sequence number you define what checkpoints should be performed for the item(s) that have been assigned the applicable checklists, and the order in which the values, that are flagged as mandatory, should be reported during Service job close. |
